Terrible, horrible and rude. Only to authentication the 2 documents( like stamp) told me that I have to do appointment because they have too much work. When embassy has too much work?! Don't forget to make appointment because they have too much work!

Went in for an emergency passport as mine was stolen, I was stressed and flustered but they had an amazing attitude! Made me feel comfortable, calmed me down and I got my new passport as soon as it was possible.
Pathetic service , rude and an embarrassment to any Australian citizen currently in Portugal . Appointment needed to answer a simple question. They werent even busy just after a 1 hour lunch break !!
