This place is a SCAM. To start, it is a disaster as far as being organized. We waited over an hour while the agents offered every up grade under the sun to the renters. We rented a BMW that we thoroughly enjoyed. Went back to return and the agent proceeded to tell us that the rims were scratched and that was not on record. Then we were told it would be $1550 US in damages that we would have to pay. The agent was nuts, combative and did nothing to try to help me as the customer. Avis has done nothing to help with the situation other than reaffirming the charges. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!
